A most excellent post Gary.

I appreciate the concept and psychological maladies, your normal work brings to light...I certainly have learned quite a bit, but I appreciate you calling an abuser...an abuser...no matter what is behind the formation of that behavior/choice model.

I will say we bear some of the blame (I know this was not the focus of the post), in that we ceded our responsibility, to these abusers. Yes we did it foolishly, based on a promise...but we failed to be critical, sovereign, and responsible free citizen. Instead, we pledged fealty to the polar parties of choice and their representatives.

I was going to take issue with your use of "their citizens" when referring to the politicians...but you are correct...we collectively knelt and kissed the rings over the centuries...we became willing subjects, so you were quite accurate.

Thank you for this piece. I hope it stirs those who have been asleep or gives them a different perspective to ponder.

I concur wholeheartedly. And looking forward to reading the linked articles.

Another perspective is politicians were never elected or entitled to, make decisions about how we run our own independent lives, let alone our most important medical decisions.

They are selected to stand on the walls and watchtowers of society, not rule over the citizens on one side of that wall as serfs.

Where the idea that government, let alone politicians", would be our mentors, role models, sage advisors or (to some) a savior, is a mystery to me.

Having known and met several politicians over the years, most are average at best, and borderline psychopaths after several years of "public-private partnerships". But even those deserve some compassion as damaged humans.

Well said. This is both compassionate and unflinching in its analysis.

FYI CEOs and executive management teams are also politicians. I know more than a few that your article perfectly describes.

The problem I have is trust. I will never trust another government. EVER. Local, state, federal - I don't care who they are any more. I see government as ill-intentioned meddlers, imposers of abuse and propaganda, fountainheads of lies, death and cover-ups. I don't want them in my life as far as they can be avoided.

At the moment, all I can do is utterly and completely IGNORE them. I stopped watching TV completely in 2020. I stopped engaging with news sources after your persuasive article on their endless mind-pox. And you know what? I don't even miss not knowing what manner of BS they're spinning any more.

This government has done more to radicalise me in my beliefs than any other entity: I'm now devoted to improving my self-sufficiency, eliminating my debts, learning herbal medicine to escape the medical mafia, and helping others break through the obfuscations with my writing. Three years of reorganising my whole brain and worldview from the ground up. It's been hard, but by God it's been rewarding!

Their negative effect upon the credibility of expert opinion is forcing people to actually think for themselves for a change. Obviously an unintended consequence to the public’s benefit.

This morning I heard on the radio newsbreak, I'm paraphrasing:

"Now that Covid is less prevalent, people are letting their guard down. There are widespread cases of dangerous Norovirus in the US that is mostly affecting the Midwest."

Last week we are warned by the WHO that we will be hit by an avian flu that will spread to humans.

Fear must be maintained on as many as possible so that control can be implemented as widely as possible.

I'm guessing more people have caught on to the scam that is their overplayed script and more will use better judgements as to who they will believe and trust as a result of the destructive last three years.

They keep digging their holes deeper.

Bravo! This may very well be the best yet I've read from you... showcasing the physiological and psychological traumas and traits of our political class meshes nicely with the cultural and ideological influences my work focuses on. It also supports one of my main contentions... never trust the government.

I wouldn't take health advice from specialists either.

Specialized doctors are the most left brained type of doctors. They aren't looking at the big picture!

For example, oncologists have a profit motive in giving chemo which they can mark up.

Chemo has a very low success rate, but they can easily blame the failure on the cancer.

Political or economic interests are corrupting.

Your thinking is sharp. I laughed upon reading the real introduction to this article: particularly, unhealthy, people on the planet.
