I have followed you for years. Not only did I admire your approach (it's science and it's reality), but I shared your efforts with many people in many Parkinson's support groups. I was diagnosed sixteen years ago, probably had it for over twenty-five years. Much of what you wrote I had incorporated into my life, so I deeply identified. I often tell folks the two ket words, "Keep moving!". Thank you for all your effort and sharing. You positively impacted lots of people and this is what the world needs!

Could I possibly included this on the "feedback" section of my website https://www.outthinkingparkinsons.com/insights - anomymized or otherwise?

This is one of the best posts I've ever read, and I mean that inclusively, not even of yours Gary. I always gain so much self-wisdom reading you. I stopped and did the first one before I moved on--wet grass, sun straight on closed lids, subtle wind from south now stronger from east, temp calling for more skin less clothes. I need to keep this post close by.

ALSO I knew I'd just written this in a Substack and couldn't remember if I'd posted it: Crucible … Chrysalis … Catalyst. But no, it's a draft of one called Grouse & Dragonfly that I thought might be next. Another little miracle-synchronicity, eh? And a perfect place to reproduce your notes, with your permission.

I always pay attention to synchronicity... will read your in the morning. Yes please do- these were made for sharing!

Rory cellan-Jones has a substack called movers an shakers. Rory is a jounalist with the bbc. His specialty is tech. He and other mover and shakers point out the waiting times in the nhs for those with Parkinson’s plus the movers and shakers activies. Worth a look.

Thanks, I am aware of him, once saw him give a talk, and that he has a Parkinson's diagnosis, but wasn't aware of his substack. I will check out!
