Thank you for this. Thank you for taking us - me - along on your healing journey. It makes such good sense - releasing through working with the body and through talk therapy. I remember, long ago - 25 years??? - hearing of the fascia. Weird word. Important body part I was unaware of.

This is fantastic information and an incredible story of your discipline and ingenuity. I'm a little spoiled, my son is a rolfer. I'm going to try the block therapy based on this article. I know how valuable working with Lilian is already.

Yes, there are several things like this - another is activated charcoal, and molydebenum also. I found for me I was so toxified, that they created healing crises. Maybe now I've made some space, I could microdose with these... there are also detox footpads you can wear at night, some friends have noticed huge benefits with these...

After reading something you wrote a few months ago I ordered the blocks and I am completely addicted. Not being on social media, I don’t have access to a discussion panel. Thank you for mentioning that if you do too much there will be pain from that. I can do 1-2 hours of her videos, and probably more... but then I am in pain haha. I just wanted to thank you, because this is life changing.

A few months ago I saw a video about how scalp tightness causes hair loss. https://youtu.be/kOA9Giz2JMY

I'm shocked at how the skin at your ribs didn't move... Now I understand what this fascia does mechanically... Wow

Wow! Thanks for the confirmatory video!

I think these stuck down areas are probably more common than not, with todays sedentary lifestyles. Soft furnishing don't help either.
