Very relatable! We can't be everything to everybody. Wish I took care of myself years ago. The mighty oak has fallen.

The Bach flower essence of Oak is helpful for people who take on too much responsibility as you describe.

Do look into it if you're interested.

The emotions affect the physical. I'm a Bach Flower practitioner & psychotherapist. The Bach essences are quite gentle. There are 38 essences that can be combined as needed. I also use Jan de Vries essences which are a combination in one remedy.

I feel that Australian Bush Flower essences are a 'stronger' energy, little more raw, just like the country, but they don't resonate with me.

Many women have great success with the essence of 'She Oak' for fertility issues

Haven't heard of it, so will definitely look it up. [I heard of Dr Means yesterday, seems like a controversial figure even among the health freedom folks?] Just looked up Sjogen's syndrome, another stress related condition https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7846867/

There are tools now which will read any text out loud, not sure how good they are, but these things seem to be getting better fast!

The AI did a pretty good job. I sometimes use Pictory.ai for a quick visual enhancer. I like it because it’s customizable. Sometimes AI is daft when it comes to metaphors or figures of speech with hilarious results.
