My issue is specifically with very vivid dream activity (augmented even further by fascia release exercises and inner work). Seems like that the more vivid the dreams, the more hours of sleep I need.
Not sure if it’s the case for you too.
Any recommendations on how to limit the impact of vivid dreams on my sleep quality?
As I understand it, vivid dreams are good, as this is your brain processing things, and your body doing the detoxification... more sleep is also good...
And, when they keep repeating themselves, also less beneficial. As if something is trying to break through, but can't, is blocked, hence the cycle repeats.
One thing to remember is to drink more water to flush the toxins out of the system. and also probably best to take a couple of days off the work completely per week, in order for the body to catch up.
I've been delving into the early 20th century (1909) exercise program of Maxalding, developed and perfected by Max Sick (Maxick) and Monte Saldo.
The system not only greatly develops muscle (I can personally attest to that fact in the 4 months I have been using the exercises) but improves the responsiveness of the nervous system.
Anyway I was wondering if you'd like to read some of the free, out-of-copyright literature and give it a try? Wondering if it would assist your nervous system development.
What I question with hair sample testing is how much is actually from your body (building the hair) vs how much may be found in hair from shower water or even air pollution?
Yes, you need to do things to avoid this - can't remember the protocol but washing your hair first in water only was part of it I think. I think the poor eliminator aspects hold up better than exact levels - i.e. a lack of things in the sample.
Considering we have "chelation" shampoos to take minerals out of hair, it seems that usage of such things (potentially months in advance) could impact test results.
One test I find fascinating is the 24 hour urinary Iodine loading test. When run with measuring bromine and fluoride excretion it can be quite impressive how intake of something healthy like iodine can flush out toxins.
Personally I find that it’s in moments of extreme peace and rest that old memories and pains feel safe enough to surface.

What’s helping you to regulate your sleep for that purpose of detoxification?

They might be good, but also exhausting.
And, when they keep repeating themselves, also less beneficial. As if something is trying to break through, but can't, is blocked, hence the cycle repeats.
Thanks for sharing your insights, as usual ;)

The key literature is:

Cool, thanks, I will give it a look.
