I marketed stress mitigation therapies to medical practices for many years. The physiological effects of stress can be temporarily muted with natural or pharmacological therapies, but what most people miss is that these temporary reprieves are only designed to give the patient time to address the stressors - in other words, to get your mind right. If we don't change the way we think we will never change the way we feel. Most people, however, have no idea how to do this. If this book can help with that, it is a must read.
