Thanks for the link. I use different tracks - binaural, especially - that work close to totally. I have now tried yours. I don't think it resonates with me. But great to try it. And great you have something that works for you.

Yes, I think it is one of those things where what works is quite personal and needs to be tailored...

I have, too. I am reluctant use whatever because the author says whatever. Gary’s approach is scientific. he can’t help himself. he’s an engineer. I know a couple. I have noticed 432Hz claims to be meditative. Delta are .5 - 4Hz according to google search.

Interesting ! I am not diagnosed with it, but it is good to keep in mind. A friend also used sea sounds (I think he had one of these boxes that keep on repeating the same thing). So far, my dog gently snoring is a great help, and specially in wintertime, a cozy one as well. I have used Ashwagandha, hops, chamomile, valerian, in herbal tinctures. Melatonin did nothing and passion flower helps me sleep but causes heavy dreams. I hope you can stave off the illness and keep your good sleeps. thanks for posting this.

I found a 8 hour cat purr track last night. That was interesting. Normally I play 8 hour "singing bowls" I turn the screen off to make it dark. I dont bother with binaural beats anymore, too much work to set up on stereo, and it always seems too loud. I look for the JND in volume level. JND just noticable difference btwn hearing and not really hearing. Think quiet lullaby level.

I recall there is a website where you play with cat purr sounds https://purrli.com/

Do you know the wave length of this music?

do you know how wave lengths work? there are several tube posts with different waves but I have not found any help from them. Some of them cause me headache.

No, its supposed to be delta wave frequency....

I'm interested to know more as well. It seems that there's an underlying frequency, and healing frequencies are a multiple (or doubling) of this frequency.

Which would make the solfeggio frequencies a guess rather than anything special.

There's also the related topic of healing via humming. We definitely can make different parts of our bodies resonate to our own humming. This appears to be healing as well.

It's a big topic and not easy to get to the bottom of it.

If you have constant WiFi it would be good to sleep on an earthing mat. We put one across our pillows and it makes a huge difference.

Many thanks for the music link.

Wouldn't it be better to get a sleep track on a CD or MP3 file so it could be played by a traditional stereo system rather than something using WiFi? (perhaps you have your TV hard wired, like I do, rather than using WiFi) I've never thought that TVs belonged in bedrooms.

Good point, if you are sensitive to wifi this is an important consideration. I don't have the option to turn the wifi off here, so did not consider this.

I've never been sensitive to WiFi / EMF but I keep looking at potential improvements as certainly humans didn't evolve to be bathed in WiFi / EMF signals.
