Natural and common law make far more sense than what we typically do in the 'justice' system, which along with everything else has been largely weaponized against us. (There is rarely justice in the justice system; little health in the healthcare (you're lucky if you survive it) and education is about making you dumb and easy to manipulate.) I think we've hit the wall.
We most definitely need discernment and grounded, common-sense, individual-rights-intact structures. That makes a lot of sense. Now we need enough people to see that and demand it.
I've been wanting to learn more about common law - is it something individuals can simply invoke in any court of law with simple declarations?
So far, all I have learned about this is from interviews on the youtube channel where I found the one referred to above https://www.youtube.com/@RichardVobes - he is doing series on this...
I've looked into common law as a friend is big into it and unfortunately it's difficult to use because there's no enforcement of it. The enforcement is in the legal system which hides behind the doublespeak of legalese.
Legalese is the a bullshit language that hides truths and imposes lies.
Medical jargon runs a close second and economics a third place lol.
Common, natural, or spiritual laws work well when forming a personal ethos. Maintaining behavior within the boundaries of that ethos lends to inner peace and wellness. There come times, however, when others lack of such constraint gives us just cause to speak out or even take action against them. It would be nice if everyone observing the ascribed common law could simultaneously reach the realization that community action is necessary, but human nature provides reluctance to even temporarily leave inner peace to embrace a necessary conflict.
This is where leadership plays a role. Understanding the following definitions and staying within the boundaries of leadership provide a path for maintaining inner peace in spite of engaging in necessary conflict.
Manipulation = Influencing action in others that benefits only yourself.
Altruism = Influencing action in others that benefit them but not yourself.
Leadership = Influencing action in others that is mutually beneficial.
Gary I'm guessing you saw Marc Horn from peacekeepers... just sounds like his framing. Was it? I'm on that page too. There are also grass roots PMAs popping up like the East Devon Alive! and Community Assemblies of the British Isles... to name but a few I'm connected to. Both of these groups of like hearts are working with peacekeepers and natural law/laws of nature within a private members association framework. Buckminster Fuller was so prophetic when he said..."You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete".

The people's customs are mightier than the king's laws...(Siamese saying ?)
This is probably why they are doing their best to get rid of our traditions and rituals then!
