We are powered by the natural currents of earth and the energy of the sun.
And by our inner knowing…

Brain healing is about the whole body, being, and self; not merely our head.

“Brain” means nervous system and everything else. We are each a sensory-motor matrix of fluids, proteins, and fats, transmitting neural information and life force.

Consciousness is life force, relayed through the circuitry of the body and the brain.

Everyone alive probably needs “brain healing” now, whatever you imagine that to be - because our toxic environment is relentlessly breaking us down - injuring and damaging membranes, fluids, and cells. Stresses do that - diminish life flows and cause cell and organ death.
And the environment is just one type of stress.
You don’t need me to name the rest because you already know.

Healing itself is a holistic event of re-establishing neural connections that have been damaged and lost, and in this way installing the hardware for seamless systemic transmission, aka: neurogenesis, synaptogenesis, and nerve relay - the circuitry of life.

Today i invite fellow brain-stacker Gary Sharpe to speak - on the interconnectedness of all things brain healing. Some time ago, i cross-posted a GarySharpe stack detailing how he reversed his own psoas dysfunction and the systemic tension patterns a tight psoas can bring.

What i noted then, and emphasize again now, is Gary’s perspicacity and perseverence - his willingness to dive deep and go all the way.
We see too many people quit early on, before they’ve given their bodies a chance to digest or integrate anything new; or worse yet, they never look inside, and take pharmaceutical drugs instead because they are afraid.
Then, there are those like myself and Gary, who stop at nothing to find the answers and do the work.

It takes insight, curiosity, and discipline to heal oneself, and it’s likely our readers also have stories to tell…

Why does this matter?

Because people have lost hope and they have no idea what’s possible for us; the full extent of evolutionarily genius encoded in our DNA.
Hopeless people never begin. People stop when they lose hope. Read on…
We are built to self-heal.

Here’s Gary decoding dopamine, parkinsons (PD), trauma, and the path for healing. Turns out Gary has lived with PD himself. He knows a real lot.
May hope shadow you, and you thrive!

How Chronic Stress Feeds Suffering by Eating Up Our Dopamine
Introduction I am still writing up the second part of my series on personal boundary violations, so in the meantime, here is something based on a post I originally wrote six years ago now. Although originally written for people with Parkinson’s, it is actually very relevant to suffering of all types. So it is not only just as applicable to other “dopam…
